BattleBots® is a television show that premiered in the early 2000s, and its popularity has continued today. Each episode of BattleBots® features head-to-head matchups of robots that fight to the death. Robots are separated into weight classes—Lightweight, Middleweight, Heavyweight and Superheavyweight—and feature mechanisms assembled to disable opponents. The last bot moving wins.
